KAIO-KEN

Kaio-Ken is a technique invented by King Kai. It is an ability that multiplies the user's power manyfold -- though it comes at the cost of a severe recoil manifesting in muscle spasms, severe exhaustion, or even paralysis!

When activated, the user gains a crimson aura and their body mass increases from the forced overflow of power.

While it is useful as a temporary or quick power level multiplier, it can go as far as to destroy the user's body if they use it recklessly.

Possible Kaio-Ken

Drawbacks per-Race:

Frieza Race, Bio-Mutants, Earthlings & Saiyans: High ki and stamina consumption, making it a risky move for prolonged usage. The longer the user remains in this form, the greater the risk of severe harm happening to the body.

Glinds, Demon Realm Denizens: Does not allow for use of magic while using Kaio-Ken. Uses up chunks of stamina, but more manageable compared to what other warriors might suffer. Still soaks up a lot of Ki use.

Namekians, Majin Buu Race: Reduced, to no more regeneration factor and does not allow for use of magic. Removes ability to stretch limbs or contort body.

Androids (Cyborg Type): Cyborgs run a massive risk of self-immolation and self-destruction due to the Cyborg’s inability to feel bodily stress or exhaustion.

POTENTIAL UNLEASHED

Latent Potential Unlocked

A boost of power unlocked by an Elder Namekian, Kai, or a being with enough Mystical experience. This grants the equivalent of a permanent Grade 2 boost to base form.

Cannot be used by Bio-Mutants, Androids, C-Type Saiyans.
Base Requirement: B

Potential Unleashed

A state that can be unlocked by a Supreme Kai, or Dragon Balls! Unleashing a warrior’s Potential grants them the initial equivalent of a Grade 3 transformation.

Depending on the user, this can be mastered and pushed up to Extreme - and eventually to a maximum of a Sparking boost over a prolonged period of consistent tempering!

Needs an active Supreme Kai player, or a wish from the Dragon Balls to be achieved.

Namekians use 'Dragon Awakening' instead of Potential Unleashed.
C-Type Saiyans, Androids, and Non-Perfect Bio-Mutants cannot utilize Potential Unleashed.
